Everyone who contacts Replydrinks Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what you can expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How your call or message to Replydrinks Concrete was handled
  • How your personal information was used
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Replydrinks Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid to a provider, or speak for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@replydrinks.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
